My name is Danielle Miller-Jones and I'm coming to you all because my family needs help burying our loved ones as well as the mounting hospital bills that is piling up for the hospital care of 3 other family members due to this senseless crash.
Here is the news article about the tragedic crash that took the life of 26 year Tiffany Wilkins and five-month-old Tyrese Parker.
A woman and her five-month-old nephew were killed Sunday night in an accident on I-240 near Walnut Grove. Police states that 26-year-old Tiffany Wilkins and five-month-old Tyrese Parker were killed when a vehicle merging onto I-240 South struck Wilkins’ vehicle, which was stopped in the emergency lane. Wilkins was helping her sister and mother whose car had broken down in the when driver of a 2012 Honda Civic crashed into Wilkins’ 2012 Hyundai Veloster. Wilkins was securing two children in car seats when the 27-year-old driver of the Honda Civic crashed into the rear of her vehicle. Wilkins was transported to Regional One, where she died shortly after the crash. The baby was transported to Baptist East Pediatrics Hospital, but he too died from injuries sustained in the accident. A three-year-old baby girl who was in the back seat of the Veloster at the time of the crash was taken to LeBonheur Childrens’ Hospital.
Police say he is expected to recover from his injuries. Two adult females later identified as Wilkins Mother and sister was standing beside their stalled vehicle in the emergency lane at the time of the crash were taken to Regional One. Both women are all expected to recover from their injuries.
