Help Tamara get to doctors appts

Hi my name is Christina.My husband is Chris. We are very proud people who hate to ask for help but feel we must. We live on a fixed income and our daughter has Infantile nystagmus syndrome and has to see a specialist for her eyes. Now that she is getting closer to 3 years old and her eyes are not better she will have more appointments at childrens hospital and also she will be starting speech therapy also she will be working on her other learning disabilities. We are looking at alot of doctors appointments all over. She also suffers anxiety when around people she dont know. She cant be around people long or she freaks out so the bus is not an option for her. We really need help getting a car to take her to these appointments. A descent reliable used car. Nothing fancy just something that runs good.Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
