Help O Earth Establish our New Store!!

Hello friends! I’m Annette Ryan, owner and head baker at O Earth Creamery + Bakehouse where we have made gluten free and plant-powered breads and baked goods for our community in Washington, DC since 2015. When COVID hit, we were forced to close operations in our rented shared kitchen space since it wasn’t safe for us to operate and have been searching for a safe and affordable space since. We finally found a new and WONDERFUL kitchen in an amazing community in DC, and we have spent the past month doing all the groundwork to get the kitchen certified and running! We already have a lot of the things we need to get started: a double oven, proofing racks, a sink and more- but we need crucial items before we get started that we lack the funding for. We need a reach-in fridge and freezer, a mixer, stainless steel tables, another sink for mopping, operating expenses to get licenses all squared away, and ingredients in stock so we can get to baking! And we are ITCHING to get back to work for our community!! We have exhausted our emergency funds and need your help. We are confident that with these funds, we will be able to get back the momentum we had when we were forced to close, which fed HUNDREDS of incredible customers every week the artisanal gluten-free goods we specialize in.
