Here’s how to help victims of the Woolsey fire 


New California responds when the state of California fails.  The state of California has failed to protect the displaced citizens of the Camp and Woolsey fires leaving many of these people without proper shelter, food and clothing.  To answer the need the New California State Emergency Health and Safety Response teams have provided assistance in response to the Camp and Woolsey fire victims.  We need your donations to continue our work.  Please donate to help the fir victims.



New California State is accepting donations for recent fires in Northern and Southern California under the New California State Foundation a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization.  100 % of the money donated will go directly to the fire victims. All donations are a 100% tax deduction.

New California State is forming from the state of California to become the 51st state in the Union of States called the United States of America.

Not since 1861 has a new state formed from a pre existing state when West Virginia separated from Virginia. New California State  will be the fourth state to become a state using the process in Article IV, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.

New California State  has already worked closer to becoming a state than any other state hood movement. Here's the list:

1. Declared Independence from California January 15, 2018
2. Held two Constitutional Conventions
3. Elected State Senators and Assembly members 
4. Formed a new government
5. Passed numerous resolutions
6. Established committees in 52 counties of California
7. On going community town halls and presentations
8. New California State Emergency Health and Safety Response teams to respond to the Camp and Woolsey fires

The Need for New California State 

The U.S. Declaration of Independence of 1776, the Alta California Declaration of Independence of 1836 and the Sonoma Proclamation of 1846 declared the Right of the People in the states of Alta California and California respectively to throw off the bonds of tyranny.

Constitutional Authority to Act
The current state of California has become governed by a tyranny, which rivals those expressed in the above documents. Therefore the United States Declaration of Independence of 1776, the Constitution as adapted in 1783 by the Congress of the United States of America, the Alta California Declaration of Independence of 1836, the Sonoma Proclamation of 1846, and the California State Constitution of 1848 Mandate the Right, the Responsibility, the Duty of the People who are suffering the long train of abuses and usurpations at the hands of a tyrannical government to abolish and make new a government by the People and for the People under GOD.

"New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."

United States Declaration of Independence
"Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such Principles and organizing its Powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness".
