Kenzie Stroke Recovery

McKenzie Capka Stroke Fund

Eighteen year old McKenzie  suffered a massive stroke on February 20th.  She was in Montana attending college when this horrific incident occurred. She was life flighted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA to undergo emergency brain surgery. They had to remove half of her skull to allow for the swelling in her brain. She will wear a special helmet for six months and they will attempt to reattach her skull then. She now is fighting for her life. The doctors taking care of her have hope that with a lot of work and help, McKenzie can pull through.  The stroke has left her without speech and the use of her right side. It will be at least a good year of rehabilitation learning how to talk, walk and function. God is great and has had shown His hand protecting McKenzie from the day the stoke happened. People from every state and at least 30 countries around the world are praying for Kenzie's full recovery. I have set up this Go Fund Me Account up in hopes of raising money for the Capka Family to pay for all of McKenzie's medical expenses. Her father Mike has been laid off and will lose his medical insurance next month. If you find God calling you to donate we can't express how deeply appreciative we all are. Please pray for continue healing for McKenzie Capka. She needs all the prayers we can offer up to the Lord.
