HYPEG unit Hi! My name is Tim Gard. I started considering energy problems back in the 70s when the first oil embargo occurred. I was working on a US Air Force base on the flight line (nuclear weapons security). An Air Force combat pilot told me there were literally hundreds of tankers anchored off the coast of New Hampshire running deep in the water, (that means they were fully loaded) while all during the embargo the price of oil climbed sky high. Cheap renewable energy became my passion. When I got out of the Air Force, I went to college in Buffalo NY. My intention was an engineering degree, however love and children put an end to my traditional education, but knowledge of the science was a passion without a degree. The important thing was an analytical mind with strong understanding of physical properties. One day while visiting the Niagara Power Project, I got in a discussion with a hydro engineer. I asked him what the efficiency of the hydro power plant was. He said they achieve around 93%! I said wow! you actually collect over 90% of the energy? (I knew better than that) "Oh no!" he said. "We collect over 90% of the energy the design is capable of. The over all efficiency can never exceed 16%, and the average in the Niagara Project averages less than 7% because of the pumped storage losses. It is an accelerated, uncompressible mass issue." In other words, they can not reduce the speed of the water otherwise it will slow down until it stops. The machine you see in my video collects the vast majority of the elevated energy inherent in the elevated water, and converts it to mechanical / electrical energy without acceleration! This is very important! And most important, the more its elevated the more energy can be extracted! The water exits the system with less than a foot of drop at a very low rate of speed. Children could play in the released water, no violent currents. The key to the HYPEG unit. This is very, very important! This device will collect over 90% of the available energy and convert it to electricity. Over seven times better than the old traditional turbines. This design will forever eliminate fossil fuels as an energy source, greatly eliminating high priced energy and polluting chemicals forever. The problem is, I am not a rich kid. I'm a 60 year old Dad with with seven children and no money, and a dream of saving the planet. I have tried private investors, but because I am not led by a university, large investors are not interested, and universities are not interested in someone elses science.
