Help pay our Attorney fees

Hello, my name is Jim Tinnell and I am a Vet Technician working/ living in Dayton, Ohio.   In 2011 my brother Gary Tinnell, myself and several members of an exotic bird rescue, Miami Valley Bird Club and Rescue, rescued some exotic birds from a house in Troy, OH.   The man who owned the birds signed over more than 10 birds to us but then decided that he wanted money for the birds. He then said that we stole the birds.  He filed a civil lawsuit wanting money for the birds along with pain and suffering etc.    We have gone to court and won our case on a summary judgement however, the other party keeps filing endless appeals and is dragging this out in court as long as possible.  The attorney's bill has not been paid in full.    Others who are named in the lawsuit have paid their share of the attorney bill, however, Gary and I have not been able to pay anything.    We have won everytime we have gone before the Judge.  Then Gary got really sick and had to have emergency surgery February 21st for a perforated colon and will be in the hospital for a while. To date,  over $70,000 in  attorney fees have accumulated in the 3 1/2 years that this lawsuit has been perpetuated.   I have never asked for any help with anything, but we are really having a hard time just paying our bills.   I have had to take time off my job to take care of Gary and have lost wages.    I would be happy  to answer any questions anyone has pertaining to this.    If you want to pay the attorney direct, you can contact Beiser, Greer and Landis in Dayton, OH and tell them it's for the Troy Parrot case out of Miami County, OH.   I put up a picture of the place that the birds were living in and as you can see it was horrible.     Thank you for your support.
