Help Keep my Hostel Open

Hi  Thank you for reading this.  For the past two years, I have been leasing space and have operated my business from these premises.  The building originally was a single family home built before the Great Fire of 1875.  It still has many of the charming mouldings and fireplaces! It is now divided into apartments that I have rented room by room for nightly, weekly and on month or term basis.
I have worked hard to repair and update many areas such as bathrooms and flooring
 I am constantly buying furniture pieces and artwork to increase the charm and comfort of the hostel.  It has been a labor of love!
After two seasons, I am now getting repeat business, advance bookings, group reservations and referrals!  I am online and have good reviews.
 I have an option to purchase and it has now come up for sale!  I need just 50,000 to purchase this lovely building that is assessed much higher. Banks are not interested so I have turned to crowd funding.  
I just have 30 days to come up with the purchase price or I will need to shut down my hostel.
