Kidney for Daddy

Hello! I (Gayneté Edwards) would like to give my dad (Randy Edwards) the gift of extended life by donating one of my kidneys.
In 2013, my dad had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his body, which resulted in removing one of his kidneys. The kidney he has left is in really bad shape, with a horrible case of kidney disease. He currently goes dialysis 3x a week at 4:00am for 3.5 hours at a time.
Unfortunately his health insurance does not cover the transplant surgery and each day that passes, his condition is getting worse.
All funds raised will go directly towards the surgery and aftercare for my dad.
So often parents do for their offspring, rarely do we get the chance to pay them back. My dad has always been my biggest cheerleader and I'd love to be able to give him this gift.
