Rebuild Storm Damaged Dog Shelter

A massive tornado-strength wind storm hit The MuttShack Animal Rescue dog shelter last night devastating the kennel area.
Gates broken, fencing down, tents destroyed, and light fixtures broken from sockets.
This kennel area is for the dogs to play outside in a protected area against rain and direct hot sun. (Note: They are kept inside after dark).
The rescued shelter dogs also need temporary foster homes until repairs can be done.
The MuttShack Animal Rescue Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2005. MuttShack is involved in rescuing dogs from high-kill and overcrowded animal shelters and holds weekly dog adoption fairs at the Burbank Petco store.
Immediate donations for replacement kennel and repairs are urgently needed. The replacement will be of better, stronger material, but also temporary solutions need to be put into effect, as well.
