Disaster Relief for Mudslide Victim

I need everyone to please help my Mom and her boyfriend out.
They had a mudslide at their house due to all this rain and lost most of the deck and their house is 6 feet from going over the edge. They are awesome people they do whatever they can for anyone that needs help. They are broke because they bought this foreclosure and had to spend the little money they had to get it livable. My mom is working 2 jobs because she does whatever she can for me and my Sister. They loved the deck as my mom says “it was like a tree house“. Now all the trees are at the bottom of the hill they had to remove 2/3rds of the deck so it did not fall down the hill. Dennis has diabetic neuropathy and a bad back so he has a lot of trouble doing things. The insurance company says they do not cover this and Emergency Management for Callaway County, MO said that the county has not met the criteria for help so there is nothing they can do. They are worried it is about to fall off the edge and they do not know what to do right now. It is going to be expensive to move the house or stop the erosion. Since it hasn't stopped raining it is getting worse and worse.
