This past year has been very special for us, we have been preforming at several venues all over the Chicago area. We even had the opportunity to be the opening band for several major International Artists with sell out crowds. This year Profusion was nominated for "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" by Wietrzne Radio. On Feb. 14th 2015 PROFUSION was announced to be the Winners of this award! This has been a great accomplishment for us, we are very honored and graciously thank everyone who has been supporting us!

To move forward with our music careers, PROFUSION is now looking to take our talents to the next level. We want to grow together as a band and as individual musicians. We are looking to take a summer course at the MUSICIANS INSTITUTE also known as the College of Contemporary Music in Los Angeles California. This school provides the official map for you to become the artist & music industry professional you want to be.

MI is right in the heart of Hollywood CA, a dynamic location that’s buzzing with culture & creativity around the clock. At this College of Contemporary Music, you can learn all the skills you need—from performing in every genre and using cutting-edge technology, to handling all the business of building your own artistic brand.

Last year Caroline attended MI and had the amazing experience of having Debra Byrd as her vocal coach. Debra who tops an elite list of vocal coaches in the music, television and film industries. Oprah Winfrey named Byrd "America's Top Coach For Best Vocal Advice." Byrd's 'Star School' includes Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Carly Rae Jepsen, Jennifer Hudson, Margaret Cho, Chaz Bono, Blush and hundreds of singers from The Voice, American Idol, Canadian Idol.

To make this opportunity happen we need your support! Classes at MI start June 22nd - July 1st - to send all 5 band members to MI, along with airfare & hotel will cost $20,000 - but if everyone just donates $10.00 the band could have a chance to go!
