Morton Flood Disaster Assistance

This family is very close to me, he just recently separated from the military, with that came a pay cut.  Both he and his wife have been working as much as they can to make up for the lost money. This past week, there was a full day of rain here in Las Vegas. Where the house sits, everything around it drains to the house and into the back yard. The house was bought four months ago, the previous owner lied about past flooding.  The house flooded with 2 feet of water which lead them to need to replace the drywall and carpet, when we started pulling everything out we found mold and a room that was not built correctly.  With all of the recent financial burden, such as the soon to come legal fees, they have been rendered homeless until the mold can be removed and the house can be brought up to code, PLEASE HELP this in need disabled veteran.
