We tried doing an Indiegogo campaign and didn't hit our goal, unfortunately. So we didn't lose hope and decided to go through GOFUNDME to raise funds quickly to finish what we started. We are trying to raise the remaining $9,000 dollars needed to finish this film. We also added a couple new perks to offer you for helping us out. Including autographed playing cards from the cast, signed books and even some special items right from the set!
WHAT'S THE FILM ABOUT?
Booze, Broads, and Blackjack is mob movie based on the book with the same title. Written by Carl Nicita. A radio DJ Jack King (Joe Raffa ) working for his gangster uncle Vinny (Vincent Pastore - The Soprano's ) is targeted by the mob itself after his girlfriend Misty (Erica Rey ) witnesses a murder. He goes to the Starburst Casino in Las Vegas to a blackjack tournament. At the tournament, he meets up with an old flame, his old girlfriend Alicia (Sarah French ). Alicia is in a troubled relationship with Tony who also works for the mob (Vincent M. Ward - The Walking Dead ). So things kinda turn south in Vegas and that's all I can tell you. This also stars Felissa Rose, John J Thomassen , D.T. Carney , Tom Haley to name a few.
We started the goal at $1,000 dollars to get the ball rolling to at least get our first day of pick up shots to finish this film. Please help us get the word out!

WHAT HAPPENS WITH YOUR DONATION?
The money you donate goes straight into the production of the film. It can be very costly to create a film. The crew, cast, insurance, and locations will be where it's spent. Along with food to feed everyone and hard drives to create backups. We also need funds for sound and post work. ADR (Automated Dialog Replacement) for some of the scenes will also mean additional days. Some visual effects are also needed. Just know that whatever you give will help this film look better, sound better and get completed faster.

WE NEED FUNDS ASAP.
Yes, we need the funds as soon as possible so if you are thinking about donating then the time is now. We start pickup days on 02-18. But being low budget filmmakers we know how it goes. So we will be leaving this page open in case more people wanna jump on board the process with us. Since there is still a lot of work left to do. Anything helps and goes straight into making the film better.
WHERE ARE YOU AT IN THE PROCESS OF THE FILM?
We have already shot for 17 days straight. Well, that was for principle photography. So that's 17 days in the can, now we just need a couple pickup days to seal the deal and finish this epic mob movie.
ROUGH CUT OF THE FILM ALREADY?
Yes!! 2 days after finishing principal photography we were watching the rough cut of the film. We have just finished the second rough cut of the film currently. What does that mean? Well, it means we have 77 minutes and we know exactly what shots we need to get on the pickup days. Long story short it means SAVING MONEY! :) And that the film will be out ASAP!
