She met him when she was 15. He was the handsome 17-year-old boy across the street who stole her heart. Carrie and David Webb were married 39 years ago and he never left her side. That is until Feb 16, 2015 when he passed away peacefully due to cancer at the Dobson House - Hospice of the Valley in Chandler, surrounded by so many people who loved him dearly. I am posting this on behalf of, and with permission from, his family. After David’s weeklong hospital stay, Carrie will be facing financial difficulty due to his extensive medical treatments.
