Miss Canada Globe Pageant 2016

Hello there, I have recently been chosen to compete in Miss Canada Globe beauty pageant 2016 crown to show the judges that being Canadian can mean having a Polish background, being born in Italy and living in Canada your entire life, we are all beautiful people on the inside and out.

I grew up on a small family farm in Erin, Ontario. I am not your typical city girl. My weekend plans consisted of bon fires and bailing hay, and if I had time left over I'd ride my horse to the neighbours; becuase they lived so far away. In a small town everybody knows everybody! After I graduated I moved to the big city... Toronto. Everyone spoke so highly of it, how exciting it'll be, how big it'll feel, but no one told me a country girl doesn't fit well in a big city. I went to school for Architectural Technology which lead me to a wonderful job after eight years in Toronto. I am now living in the city of London and find it somewhere i love living, very country like but on a larger scale. 

I have always wanted to compete in a pageant but have had a few struggles in life that kept me from ever apply. Ever since my mom passed away, I have struggled with self confidence issues and have never accepted myself for who I have become. I entered into Miss Canada Globe because I want to prove to all those girls out there struggling with their confidence and their appearance or body type that anyone can do this and we are all beautiful. It has taken me many years to get where I am today; struggling with an eating disorder, depression and anxiety to finally feel confident in my own skin. We all need to learn how to love ourselves on the inside.

In order to become a successful applicant I need to raise $3,000 for my entry and approximately $200 for a dress and jewlery. The application fee covers my hotel, food, judges, prizes and hall rental.  All sponsors donating over $50 recieve a tax reciept upon request; donations under $350 get a name listing, over $350 to $750 of donations will get logo Ad benifit and over $750 will receive quarter to a full page Ad benefits that will be showcased on national television the day of the competition.

I am here asking for your help to get me to Miss Canada Globe's 2016 beauty pageant, which is about loving yourself for who you are as a whole.  Help me get to the stage so I could showcase Canadian women as role models to other countries.
