The purpose for this acct. isn't about getting money, I'm in need of a matching kidney donor, but I also didn't want to leave it at zero. I didnt want ppl to think this was a joke , And if people felt it in their hearts to donate something to help out during this transission/process, and multiple trips to and from Milwaukee to madison and what not, we would be extremely grateful for anything.. all I'm truly asking for is #SharesAndPrayers (in hopes of saving my husbands life)
But here's the deal.
My husband is in DIRE NEED of a kidney from a healthy, LIVING donor. Time isn't on our side, as he only has 1 kidney that is only functioning at 17%.
He is O+
& if blessed with a transplant it will take place at UW-Madison.

IF you are not O+, but willing to donate a kidney still, there is a kidney exchange program that UW MADISON is apart of. Click the link IF INTERESTED, PLEASE CONTACT THE TRANSPLANT CLINIC AT ABOVE # THEY CAN ANSWER ALL INQUIRIES.
There will be ZERO cost to you as a potential donor . They will ask you health questions to make sure you are ok to do it, then if SO, The next step is they will MAIL you a kit for bloodwork,to take to your local doc. Your doctor will send it back to them at madison. If you're compatible, they will contact you to let you know.
I know where there's a will, there's a way and nothing beats failure but a try. I have nothing else to lose here, but my husband. He is a good man with a good heart and he has supported so many people in his life. He still is striving and living his life to the fullest, with high hopes, while eating healthy and doing what he can to prolong this one kidney, as long as possible.. hoping for a match soon.
