B.A.'s Van Woes

I feel really awkward making this, but I'm in a bit of a bind.
My name is Bonnie/B.A., and I was rear-ended at the beginning of the month, the damage for which is shown above. I was hoping they wouldn't do this, but it was decided that it would cost more to fix my car than it was worth. As such, I've been trying to work out a means to get a new one, and am currently in a rental, which took me a few days to find, because I am in a wheelchair, and so need one with adaptive equipment.
The accident happened on February 2, 2015, and I'm still in this rental, because I'm still trying to get the insurance company to agree to an amount that would be appropriate for my troubles, where I could get a vehicle that I can actually drive. I have no idea how much they'll be offering me at this point, if they'll still try to rip me off, even though none of this has been my fault, and so I'm really desperate.
I've found one that I am in the process of purchasing, though I'm stuck waiting on this insurance money, because I need that for the downpayment. I'm hoping they'll pay for half of the price, but I'm going to need some help with being able to pay back the loan I'm going to have to take out, to pay for whatever cost the insurance people don't cover.
If you could spare anything, or even help signal boost this, I would be really grateful. I know this rental will only last so much longer, and the stress of all of this has caused me to fall back into my anxiety and depression, especially since I'm stuck at home that it gets worse, so I'm scared of that happening again.
Once I hear back from the insurance people, and have things better ironed out, I'll probably adjust the goal amount. I'm honestly just really stressed and scared right now. I do have a job, but even with that, factoring in my other bills, and general living necessities, that I don't know how well I'll be able to manage.
