Funeral Expenses for Melissa Hudson

My name is Nancy Iannios and I am blessed to call Melissa Hudson a friend. It is with great sadness as well as her family's permission that I share her story.
On May 9, 2015, Melissa celebrated her 28th birthday. Her birthday turned out to be the happiest day of her life, as the man of her dreams proposed to her on the beach. She woke up on Sunday and made phone calls to those she loved to wish them Happy Mother's Day and to share her excitement over her newly engaged status. As many of us were basking in the joy of her blissfulness, the last thing we expected was the news that came next.
On Sunday afternoon, while coming home from the California Coast, Melissa and her fiance were involved in a horrible head-on collision. Sadly, Melissa lost her life and her fiance is still fighting for his at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.
Melissa left behind a little boy named Trenton, who is 8-years old. Trenton was the light of Melissa's life and now he is left to face his life without his beloved mother. Melissa's father (Steve) and mother (Stacy) are now left to face the worst journey of their lives and her brother, Joseph, has lost his only sister.
I am hoping to raise some much needed funds to help with funeral expenses and to also provide funds for Trenton's future.
