
Meath Fire Blazers Endurance Races

Eight Firefighters from Co.Meath take on endurance races in aid of SOSAD (save our sons and daughters), A charity aimed at increasing awareness of suicide in Ireland, as well as getting rid of the stigma attached to it.
We take on two Races the first of which is the Donegal Atlantic Way Ultra Challenge with a total of 555km to be completed in under 40 hours which starts June 23rd.
The last Race takes place August 27th- known as the toughest endurance race in Europe has a distance of 2170km with a cut-off time of 96 hours.
All Races are endurance (nonstop).
