Mandy Macalusa Champagne Medical

Mandy Macalusa Champagne is a life long resident of Bayou Gauche, LA in St. Charles Parish. Mandy is currently undergoing physical and occupational rehabilitation therapy to help her to return back home to Bayou Gauche, Louisiana, where she can once again be the Mom, sister, friend and daughter that she needs to be. Mandy was diagnosed with a brain tumor in September of this year and was admitted to West Jefferson Hospital where she underwent 6 different surgeries. Now, Mandy is two months post-op and is able to nod her head yes and no and is aware of her surroundings. She is currently unable to talk or walk or perform the basic functions that every human needs to carry on a normal life, much less be the Superhero Mom to Gage (9) and Jordan (14) that Mandy is and wants to again be. Mandy is a loyal daughter, an awesome sister, lifelong best friend, and the world’s best Mom. Her family members and friends are joining together to help Mandy get the best, most rehabilitative therapy she can get because failing is not an option. (These therapies are very expensive and are not being fully covered by insurance.) We WILL get Mandy back, for each of us, and for her children, Jordan and Gage. Any help is appreciated.
