Make-a-thon 2014
What's a Make-a-thon?
It's a 24-hour celebration of the creativity of our community. Join many of London's finest makers, inventors, and creatives on a 24-hour live-streaming fundraiser with all proceeds going towards supporting two fantastic causes - sending a team of high school engineers to the FIRST Robotics Competition and supporting the 2015 programming of the MakerBus.
You can participate in the Make-a-thon in three ways:
1. Join our livestream by bringing your creative energy to 355 Clarenence St. between 9 am November 30th and 9 am December 1st.
2. Watch our livestream and share it on social media (to find our stream, follow @DHMakerBus on twitter or like DHMakerBus on Facebook).
3. Pledge monetary support to help these high school students achieve their dream and to help the MakerBus continue its efforts to expand access to technology and education in our community.
Every single dollar means the world to us - together we can continue to help #MAKE London an amazing place to live, work, and create.
