Please Help me keep my home

I have been working most of my life and for the last 27 yrs most of my income has been put into paying off my home. Over the years I have gone from driving a transit bus to taxi cabs to shuttles vans but on the 21th of January 2015 after returning from a weekend trip out of town,  my employer informed me that I had to many “points” on my driving record ,Washington state does not use points, and I was dismissed from work after working for them for all most 6 years.

Of course I headed to the state unemployment office and file but, I have a job again but at a reduce hours.
I have cut back on many things selling or giving away my pets, ending my internet and dish service and limited the amount of heat used in the house ( heating the room I'm in only) also shopping the dollar store for food and goodwill for clothing and going to the library for internet

About me; single guy 60 yrs old driving a 38 year old van so nothing around here to hock or sell that’s worth anything.

So I have been paying off the house and just have 3 years left on it even with the home affordable program which raised my payments by 75$, and owe just 18,000$ on it. But now with a limited income I'm asking for a bit of help its not something I like to do but, any little bit from anyone would be helpful so, my goal is 18,000$.
