Lyn Smits, husband of Paul and mother of Nicola and John led her life with love and passion. Sadly, in her final 11 years she faced the challenges of battling Alzheimers disease.
While still battling to find a cure for Alzheimers, so many are left to survive through the the kindness and support of close family, friends and caregivers.
It is through this memorial, that we wish to give homage to the wonderful care provided by Arden Courts in Farmington, CT. For more than 6 years, the kindness and caring provided by Arden helped support Mom and our family through the most challenging of times.
