Life Satisfaction and Excellence Lab

To tell you a little about us, we're working in areas of northeast Florida training the community in relationship abilities, persistence, and goal achievement. We propose that if we increase these three factors, it will raise the people's life satisfaction and personal effectiveness. We also use our Excellence Tree System in order to set and achieve our goals to improve the various areas within our lives. Our lab is completely undergraduate based and we complete all parts of the research process ourselves. This makes us one of the only labs of our kind. We provide unique research opportunities for undergraduate students, and provide them with valuable experience helping them move forward in their educational/research goals.

We come up with research ideas individually and in groups and we can have anywhere from 3-6 studies running at the same time. Students are selected as study leaders and move the studies forward for the outlining phase all the way through writing up research papers and presentations. We select new research assistants every semester to join our team based on an application, resume, and interviewing process.

Fundraising is a vital part to the success and continued operation of our lab. Any monetary support provided to us goes towards our use of the Excellence Tree system, participant pools (such as MTurk) and the implementation of our research projects. We love what we do, but without support we cannot function effectively.

Excellence University is a high-quality system proven to help individuals and teams bring their plans into reality. It crosses over the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Our lab uses Excellence University to effectively implement studies and keep each other in check. In order to keep using this system, we need your support. Any denomination of donation will help.
