Young Family In Need of help

We would really appreciate help for a vehicle and housing. We have had hurdles placed in front of us every where we go. My fiance and I graduated in 2013. We had our first child when we were both 16. Since then I tried to work part time and go to school to provide for our family. After we graduated I had a really good job but was working through a temp firm. We finally got our own house to raise our family. Everything was going fine until it was time to get hired in. the company I was working for GHSP in hart mi had cut all of the temp employees. We still had 8 months to go on our lease and I was laid off. I tried my best to find another job but ghsp was 2 miles away from my house and we didn't have transportation. After paying our rent until November with my income tax return I worked at a local diner only being able to work 10 hours a week due to not being busy enough. I was called back to work at ghsp in august. Things were looking up. I got my job back but still through a temp agency. Making 9.50 an hour. We were almost caught up on all our bills and the company cut us again. So after not being able to afford propane we had to move. None of my relatives could take us in. We had to move 200 miles from home with my aunt and uncle while my fiancee was pregnant. On December 17th we had our second child and I still haven't found a job yet. After frantically searching for a job to cover the costs of a new born I recently got a job. Normally it wouldn't be hard for a guy my age to get a job but I was unfortunately diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. My physical limitations puts a real damper on my being able to get a job. I can't lift any more than 50 pounds or stand for more than 2 hours at a time. But that doesn't mean I can give up and go on disability. I will work until it is absolutely impossible for me to. Everything was going fine at my aunt and uncles house until he started having severe problems with his heart. He has been off of work since december 8th. Today I was told that we can no longer stay with them any more because of their financial situation. We have no where to go or the funds to start renting a house. We also have no transportation or items to furniture our house if we can get one. I believe that god has a plan for everyone. we are in dire need. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
