Sandbach abandoned dog (Louie)

This little man was abandoned in the ladies toilets at a local motorway services on the M6. He was left with no ID tag, blanket and he is almost blind and approximately 8 to 10wks old. He is in the care of respected employees who are attending to his needs. He his currently been treated by Broom cottage vets which is going to be very costly as he needs extensive treatment so any help you can give him would be appreciated. Myself (tracey) along with his adopted daddy (Ian) and colleagues at the service station are trying to raise  money to help fund his treatment please help make a difference to this almost blind little dog.
