United Soccer (Off Season), Washington Nationals Baseball (Off Season) , Baltimore Bayhawks Lacrosse, Four Star Tennis Academy (DC/VA), NFL Free Agents, NBA Free Agents, MLS Free Agents, MLB Free Agents, State Champion Baseball programs (St Johns College High School [Washington, D.C], Miller School of Albermarle [Virginia]), Touring Golf Professionals (Raspberry Golf Academy), Elite Volleyball, Mid-Atlantic Soccer Academies and Multiple high achieving scholastic sport teams & athletes achieving scholarships in: Football, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Wrestling, Track, Soccer, Crew, Swimming, Volleyball, Tennis, Cross Country and Lacrosse.
AMPS Academy uses the comprehensive, scientifically proven methodologies of the AMPS Training System and combines them with over 100 instructional videos, making them quickly available online for anyone to learn and improve. More importantly, AMPS Academy is designed to be affordable to empower athletes from every sport, any program, and at every level of competition . We are committed to ensuring that Amps Academy training methods and guidelines are accessible to ALL athletes throughout their sports experience.
