Hello friends! I have some crazy news! I'm sure by now most of you know that the restaurant I work at, the Bearded Lady Food Co. is closing up shop. While we are all heartbroken over losing Jordan and Melanie’s creations, an amazing opportunity has come my way.
The girls have offered me the chance to make my dream - owning and operating my own bakery - a reality! This is an incredible offer and I would love to have this chance to continue providing Olympia with the quality vegan and gluten free products we have made for the last 5 years. While the Bearded Ladies will be gone, the same products would continue at the wholesale locations you all know and love under the name "The Sweet Niche".
If you’re a Bearded Lady Fan, most of you have not met me in person, but you know me through my products. I have been the baker here for the last 3 years. Currently, every Bearded Lady wholesale product is made by myself. I have also played a role in the creation of some of our newer products, such as the pies and cinnamon rolls. On top of that I have been decorating all the special order cakes the last 3 years and would love to continue offering those cakes, and so much more!
The downfall to all this is I don't currently have the funding to take them up on their offer; so I’m turning to you, my friends, family and supporters to help me raise money for start up costs. If you are able, please help me make my dreams come true! Thank you!
