About six months ago I released an ebook . It was almost three years in the making and a very exciting time for me. The book is a memoir, a story about my experiences growing up, surviving high school, getting into the drug scene and subsequently becoming psychotic.

When I was recovering from my second episode, I started to write about it in the hope that I might be able to help someone who might be in a similar position -   whether that be to aid them with their own recovery, or prevent them going down the same track.

I want to get my story into hospitals and schools and out to a wider audience that don't know how to access ebooks and smartphone apps. (People still prefer a physical book these days!)

I have a quote from Fontaine Publishing Group and for the first 100 copies, formating and design the cost would be around $2550. Thereafter it gets cheaper. I have also received a quote from a highly regarded editor to get the  manuscript copy-edited again. This will be at most $1750 for the job.

So, in order to help me realise my dream of getting my story out there, I am asking for donations.
