Please Help Me Publish My Book

I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran and need all my friends help right now. I have been on disability for many many years and am trying to pull myself up by my boot straps and get off of disability. I am at the precipice of getting a book published, but because of my fixed income I'm in need of additional funds to pay the publisher for the work. Because I'm going to be a first time published author the publishers won't take a chance on extending me an advance on the book. This book took 40 years to write and has gotten accolades on the manuscript alone! I began writing the book when I was medically evacuated to Walter Reed Army Hospital in 1975 and I've been told I was 40 years ahead of my time! Press releases have already been sent out and my agent tells me he has some ears in Hollywood interested, but for me to get a serious look it has to be a published work. Currently I have a 2nd book ready to go titled "Justified Justice" and am working on a third, but I need a jump start to get published and hope people will be willing to help me in that effort.
