KLA Jitterbugs go to Camp Hollywood

Under the direction of  Claudia Gomez and Tertia Sartain, the KLA Jitterbugs have been learning all about jazz era dances.  They meet every Tuesday and Thursday after school.  They have been working hard learning a routine that incorporates charleston, jazz, and even the lindy hop! They would now like to take it to the next level and learn from the world's top swing era dancers and celebrate their routine by competing in the student showcase division at Camp Hollywood on Labor Day weekend.  The only obstacle- registration fees, travel and lodging.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for many of our KLA Jitterbugs, this experience may be a life changer.
