Support Deriah's parents

As our family and friends know, on August 9, 2014 Deriah Solem (daughter to Derek and Sharon) lost her life to an attack by the family dog. The dog had been part of the Solem family since 2004 and no one knows why he decided to snap that day. On Thursday January 15, a St. Charles County jury brought an indictment down for the arrest of her parents on 2 counts of felony child endangerment. Lawyer fees have already been estimated to $50,000 and half of that amount is needed to even sign on to the case. We learned that the court date is set for February 23, 2015 which is fast approaching. This couple is college educated, has been outstanding parents, and rooted into their community by being a head coach for area sports organizations. Combined, they have over 13 years of civilian federal service. They need the help of family and friends to assist with this fight ahead.
