Save Franklin

My name is Franklin! I'm a rescued lab puppy that was found abandoned in a dirty crate at a Shell station in South Carolina. My new mom was evacuating Florida because of Hurricane Irma and stopped to fill up her tank. She heard my cries and found me covered in bugs and injured. Along the way to safety, my mom met a few vets that were kind enough to help me on my way! My mom took me to the Hilton hotel in Cary North Carolina. The road was named Jones Franklin Road and that's how I got my name, Franklin! Once my mom found safety from the storm, she took me to a vet who confirmed I was abused, likely with a broom to my back. I have a broken back and more unknown injuries. I need help ASAP. The vet quoted us between $3,000 - $8,500 depending on if I have neurological issues. Please donate for my upcoming surgery.
