I'm on a mission to share the tools I've developed and the wisdom of the Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Practices.  
I learn, teach, write, paint, and present tools for people, partners, and parents that want to live life more compassionately connected to each other and with the Sacred within each of us.

I believe that if I can take a year to learn, teach, write, and talk, I will be able to make this mission a financially sustainable entity that continues to bring peace, connection, and compassion to the community. When we each get the support we need to cultivate inner peace, it has a healing effect on the community.  I hope to bring these tools to as many seekers as possible.
