Kevin D. Ludwig, beloved son, brother and friend, was killed in a car accident on October 26, 2018. He loved being outdoors, eagerly pursued adventures, found joy in every moment, and was the founder of the Oregon River Surfing Association, as river surfing was his passion. We are raising money for a memorial picnic table at the Bend Whitewater Park. Any additional funds will go towards his funeral expenses.
