-Grand Forks based non-profit Miracles for Vets has been helping veterans starting in the Grand Forks area to find, repair, donate, and drive vehicles for the past three years.
The three vital programs the organization plans to focus on:
*Repair Assistance - a veteran can come in and explain their situation for their vehicle and then they can fill out a form for application for services. After M4V has more funding we will be contracting 80% of all repairs through a reputable dealership or repair such as Rydell's to ensure quick turn around and ASE gauranteed work.
*Vehicle Donations - veterans can be placed on a list for a donated vehicle, yet limited supply in the beggining.
*Motorsports Therapy - It involves helping veterans cope with problems such as PTSD and helps veterans connect together as a TEAM to gets Veterans out doing positive things with the community and other veterans such as: car shows, and various Motorsports Events.
Our Veterans have been through so much and they deserve something extra like these program(s) that M4V works so hard to maintain.
