Our youngest son, Lucas, was diagnosed with Autism in October 2014, 2 weeks after his 3rd birthday. I had just lost my job 3 weeks prior due to medical reasons.
There is a 19 month waiting period for government assisted therapy programs for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
We are unable to afford early intervention programs now due to our sudden decrease in income. Typically, 15 hours per week of therapy will cost $525.00
These programs are so important in the progress of development for autistic children.
We would be so grateful of any help.
