Hello!! My name is Karson and I am a 5yr old boy who has Panhypopituitarism, Adrenal Insufficiency (Life Threatning) Diabetes Insipedus(Life Threatning) Septo Optic Dysplasisa, Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Hypothalamus Obesity ( Life Threatning) Cerebral Palsey and Autism. Karson and his family relocated to Houston just a little over a year ago to get specific treatment for one of his diagnosis Hypothalamus Obesity. The family ended up establishing a home in Katy. Exactly a year later Karson and his family are victims of Hurricane Harvey. With Karson being a medical dependent and fragile patient the family had to make arrangements to evacuate to place Karson in a safer situation so that he can have access to medical help. It is very difficult to mobilize Karson. He is in a wheelchair and his weight makes it difficult for the family to move around with him . It takes much planning and preparation to care for Karson and the Hurricane has put a burden on the family. Karson can not be housed in just any environment. The family has strict orders to restrict Karson from open access to foods. This also makes it difficult to house the family in conditions that have not been set up for Karsons medical needs. The familys home is located in Katy between Clay and Greenhouse and I10 and 99. They are located right behind Mayde Creek. Karson's mother works in the Medical Center in Houston and can not get back into Houston to return to work. Help is needed. Thank You
