HELP LILY WALK AGAIN!!!!

I finally understand what it means to cherish each day you have breath. Each moment you spend with the ones you care about. How important it is to live each day like it's your last. Lily woke up Thursday morning January 7th paralyzed!!!! I rushed to the Vet and they ran some test and said she has a slipped disk that is pushing against her spinal cord cutting off the signal from her brain to her hind legs the VET highly recommends surgery and it's somewhere between $6,000-$8,000. 
She now has no control of her bladder and has to wear diapers.  She is unable to defecate without me assiting her with my finger to help with her bowel movement. She is unable to walk or run and shes only 3yrs old.  One of Lily's favorite things to do is play and chase her ball and now she is unable to do that.
At night she wakes up with night terrors thinking she can walk, and shakes with anxiety in the day. This all happened so suddenly and it's becoming overwhelming trying to raise the money by myself and support her at the same time.  Due to her needing 24hr care I had to quit my high end fashion job because company policy wont allow me to take her to work with me.  This is why I'm asking for your support!  Please pitch in what you can it all adds up!
