Giving the Homeless a 5-star Night

As most of those close me know, I'm faily religious and I run my very small company as such. One of Nicoletta's key missions is to glorify God in all the work we do and one way we want to acheive this is working within the idea of being the hands and feet of Christ on Earth.
I fully believe in living this to the fullest but Nicoletta's is so small, I actually don't have the money to pull this off yet. As such, I'm using this avenue to try to raise money for this project. What is this project? It's to create an evening for homeless families as if they were going to eat at a 5-star restaurant.
I would find a venue here in the Washington, DC area that could accomodate as many homeless families as possible, find a chef that would be willing to help and prepare a significant meal - one that you would find at a find dining establishment - but not just stop there. I want to transform this space to emulate a high end restaurant, complete with proper linens, serving staff dressed appropriately, a Maitre D', music, etc. I want to help give these people an afternoon / evening they've never had and an absolutely amazing meal. Can you imagine what this would be like?
This is still at square one but whether or not I can raise the money, I will try to make this happen - one way or another. Are you in? Any help anyone is willing to offer, I'll take.
If you can't donate, PLEASE just share it to as many people as you can - the more exposure this has, the better the chance of doing an amazing job here.
