Justice For Tucker

Tucker's family has retained legal counsel, Attorney Matt Albert.  Matt does all animal cases at 50% of what he bills for other cases.  Any additional monies raised will be donated to the CNY SPCA and the Finger Lakes SPCA.

On Saturday, May 31st 2014 at 3:00 pm, Tucker was shot by his next door neighbor in Jordan, NY.

Tucker was shot because he was on her land. Tucker's owners, a family with a 5 yr. old that lives next door, heard the shot, asked her mother what that noise was, and watched her dog running, yelping and dying. Onondaga County Sheriff's Dept. responded and DEC charged her neighbor with Discharging of a Firearm within 500 feet of a residence.

Tucker's neighbor needs to be charged with a felony count of aggravated cruelty to animals, along with discharging a firearm.

There is no evidence that Tucker was a threat, it is not only a cruel death for the dog, but it is devastating for their families and dangerous for people in the vicinity of the gunshots.

Tucker's family has retained an attorney! Please help us to help them raise money for legal fees.
