Help Get Justice for Cephus

Donation protected

This venture is for my friend Tabatha Speakman Potts and am asking anyone and everyone for help  with the money needed to hire Private Investigator to look into the death of her son, James "Cephus" Potts.  Here is our story:

James C. Potts Jr. was born July 23, 1993, and was found deceased on July, 13 2012, ten days before his 19th birthday. On the evening of July 12, around 11:30 pm, a call was made to the Reynoldsburg police dept. by a concerned citizen informing police that he heard multiple gun shots in the woods near his home. We feel that the police played down the event and never investigated the complaint. James was found dead the next day under a tree with a gunshot wound his head. James' death was immediately ruled a suicide without any ballistics and with the absence of stippling around the wound to the head. With these two facts alone, the ruling of suicide and this case begs for an inquiry. Stippling is a principle indicator in close range fire and the lack thereof means that the shot fired came from at least 2 feet away. How does one commit suicide when the shot was fired from that distance?  In addition, the wounds on his head are NOT consistant with a bullet entering the temple area - infact, the coroner's photos clearly show that the bullet very well could have entered from the back of his head - eliminating the possiblily of it being self-inflicted.

Furthermore, James' toxicology report found no drugs in his system other than his prescribed medications. The family was turned away when they contacted the medical examiner asking for the fingernail and GS residue tests. When Mrs, Speakman ( James' Mother ) spoke to a youth in James circle of friends who told her, in graphic detail, that James had, in fact, been murdered, she quickly contacted the police about new evidence that she had gathered. Mrs. Speakman was shocked at the response she wasy given: "We WILL NOT be reopening your sons case no matter what new evidence you may have," was law enforcement's reply.

The opinion of law enforcement is that James' case has been ruled a suicide ... end of story. This case just reeks of inconsistencies and and quick to judge conclusion by investigators. Please help us get James the justice he deserves as well as his devastated and desperate family.

Tabatha but she doesn't have the funds to pay for a private invistigation and wishes to hire the "Archangels of Justice" team of Salvatore E. Rastrelli & Ira B. Robins with the hopes of getting this case reexamined and reopened by authorities.  We would greatly appreciate any and all help!  Thank you so, so much.
