Julie Fry is a loving wife and mother of 2 children. She lives in Meridian, ID. She has been fighting breast cancer for 4 years. Julie was diagnosed in 2011 with breast cancer. In 2013, the cancer spread and Julie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, leaving her with cancer in her bones and organs.
She has been through several surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy treatments during this time. This past month, Julie has experienced an onset of pain in her spine. A recent diagnosis revealed the cancer in her vertebrae is pressing on the spinal cord. She is running out of conventional treatment options.
Julie has an opportunity for alternative, life saving, treatments in Mexico. Unfortunately, her medical insurance does not cover these treatments. We are raising funds as fast as possible, so treatment can begin soon.
Julie has an extremely positive outlook on life, despite all her health struggles these past four years . She has an amazing spirit and zest for life. She loves her family and her many friends. She loves adventures and to travel. Julie is trusting God to work a miracle for her healing.

This is Eli (Julie's husband).
I'm sorry to report that unfortunately, Julie lost her 4 year battle with cancer this last Tuesday (Oct 20th) just a little after 9 am.
She was an amazing person, and she had the ability to touch everyone she met with a depth that is not commonly found. She was a strong believer in Christ, and she left a trail of love, kindness, encouragement, inspiration, and strength everywhere she went.
Soon before her death, Julie and I had talked about the possibility that she might not make it to the Mexico clinic. We both agreed that if that were to happen -- any donated money would be placed in a separate special needs fund for our two kids Heidi (6), and Elijah (16) to help them in their future. So, that is where all of this raised money will go.
I truly respect the sacrifices that all of you made in fundraising for Julie, and greatly appreciate the generosity and kindness that you showed in dontating. I just wanted you to know that it will be honored and put toward the children's future.
