I can not find any pictures from my Katrina efforts-- that was a 14 day MISSION trip with the Red Cross & it was life changing!

In April 2015 I would like to join a group going to PERU on a mission trip. Now I am all about missions at home and I keep my feet moving right here at home and want to take a look outside of the U.S. doing mission work.
I have experience traveling outside of the U.S. for pleasure, but never for MISSION work. I have years of home experience working to help those right here at home and am ready to broaden my horizons. 2015!!!!
How can you help?
Well prayers are definitely needed as with any MISSION project that is foremost, but it takes $$$ to help the masses and I will be honest I thought you just pay and GO, but my Pastor Maurice Revell pumped the brakes on that for me. He explained that MISSION work is an opportunity to spread the word of GOD and involve those that can not go by asking them for prayers, support, donations etc.
Hmmm I had never thought about it that way--- I think that CHANGE is what people need and CHANGE is how we turn things around for people. Everyone doesn't know about the love of CHRIST and this is an opportunity for me to share it with them-- whether it be by leading them to salvation, reading a book, helping build a church, a home, or just picking up trash! I am ready to put on the ENTIRE Armor.
If you can only give CHANGE-- do just that-- every penny will count 100% towards this MISSION project. Your CHANGE can send the WORD of CHRIST all the way to PERU!
Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27
