"Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.”
This quote was deeply engrained in me ever since I started playing the cello in 4th grade. I practiced cello every day until I grew callouses on my fingers. Some of you might wonder why I do this. It is solely to express the exquisiteness of humanity. I feel a deep, universal connection when I play music in front of an audience.
I have two goals for which I hope to receive some support. First, I wish to create an album of classical music for people of all ages to enjoy. Second, I wish to sell my albums to help fundraise for the Charity for North Korea Unification in Seoul, Korea, where I participate in Coup De Heart, which brings passionate musicians from all over Korea for an annual concert fundraiser.

Ghandi once said, “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.” That is how I feel when I play cello and it is how I want to connect with everyone, not only in my community, but also throughout the world.
In order to create my albums throughout the course of my high school and college life, I need support from you to buy the equipment necessary, such as microphones and the facilities of professional sound studio companies. Although I use a rented cello from Johnson's String Instruments, I do not consider this a problem. The amount of concentration and effort one puts in is what really creates something meaningful. With at least $5 from each of you, I will be able to complete my album and ship it to my supporters.
Although this is a small step in a bigger process, I believe that creating harmony between the performer and the listener is an extraordinary quality. With your support, I will work day and night to create art that exhilarates.
I will also continue to add more videos of my music anad share them on YouTube. I am currently in the process of composing new pieces for everyone to enjoy.
