John McGough Memorial

The sad loss of John McGough is the name on all of our lips, and has affected so many family and friends. Not just locally but worldwide. John was always the most genuine person, and has a place in the heart of anyone who had the privilege to meet him. John sadly, as you are all aware lost his long battle with illness on Sunday.
With the blessing and permission of Johns lovely wife Naam, his family and friends, and at the suggestion of many friends of his beloved Saltburn , it has been suggested there should be permanent memorial, as a lasting memory of the legend that was Johnny. He was a loving husband, family member, friend, mentor, talent finder..not to mention the most talented musician of our locality and beyond. So many lives have been deeply touched and inspired by such a humble soul, who was a true altruist, who always wanted to give, and see the good. John will never be forgotton , his talent was unique and rare, both in music, and his loving positive attitude, but his gift to connect with people was quite something else. If you knew him, you will know this.
This page has been set up to ensure we can give John a lasting legacy, and also some financial security for his wife should there be funds remaining. John did a similar thing for someone in need, lets give him the love right back. Rest in peace John. Love and Sunshine days eternally. You will never be forgotten.
