Funeral Costs:Joel Martinez Mercado

Please help out a local family devastated by the loss of their only child.

July 26th 2015, 8 year old Joel Mercado fell into the York River, unable to swim herself, his Mother jumped in and attempted to save him. Despite her valiant efforts along with those of the fire, ems, and law enforcement personnel from many surrounding agencies and the help of numerous citizens Joel could not be saved.
