Francisco N. Villarin Memorial Fund

Donation protected
This is for my Uncle Frank, Francisco N. Villarin and his family. He is survived by his wife, Elvissa, son Bryan,  and daughter Jessica, and many more relatives and friends. We humbly ask for any donations to help cover the expense of providing my uncle with a proper burial, and also to help provide a college fund for his daughter, Jessica Villarin.

He went to be with the Lord on August 20th, 2015. Three weeks prior, he went to Sharp Coronado Hospital in San Diego, CA, because he was not feeling well. He passed away due to complications from a condition called NASH (Non-alcoholic-steatohepatitis), which is liver inflammation and damage caused by a buildup of fat in the liver over a long period of time.

My uncle was the youngest of 7 children born to Cayetano Caancan Villarin & Eugenia Navarro Villarin in the town of Paete, Laguna, Phillipines. He came to the United States in 1977 when he joined the U.S. Navy.
He lived with his sister(my mom) Victoria V. Mariano and our family while he was stationed in Virginia Beach, VA. He also lived in Silverdale, WA,  Los Angeles, CA, and eventually settled  in Chula Vista, CA.

He loved his children dearly, and would go to the moon and back for them. Sometimes you could catch him grazing the samples at Costco. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and watching asian films. He loved his Keurig McDonald's coffee in the mornings.

We will miss your goofy jokes, and your gentle voice. We will always carry a jacket in 80 degree weather in your honor and raise a glass of Stella Rosa for you.
