Jeff Clem Memorial Fund

Jeff Clem was a very well-known man in the high desert and in the racing community.    He most recently won 1st place in the burn out competition at Phelan Phamily Phun Days.  He was one of the most kind and gentle souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.  He has been helping his father around the house for several years.  About a year ago when his father suffered a stroke, Jeff stepped in and put everything aside to be the sole caregiver for his father.

The morning of Friday October 27th, Jeff unexpectedly passed away in his sleep.  The family is now left with burden of setting up his memorial and funeral service, left over bills, and finding a full-time caregiver for his father.
